This page explains what personal data we collect through huecreatives.com, why, and what your rights are. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who is responsible

The controller of your personal data is Chaim Rosenbaum, trading as Hue Creatives, Belgium. You can reach us at chaim1638@gmail.com.

What we collect

Only what you give us through the contact form:

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this site, and we do not set cookies (see the cookie page).

Why we use it, and on what basis

PurposeLegal basis (GDPR)
Reading your message and replying to youSteps at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f))
Running a project we agree on, invoicing and keeping the records the law requiresContract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c))
Keeping the site secure and blocking spamLegitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f))

Who else sees it

The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (United States), and the contact form is processed by Netlify Forms. Netlify stores form submissions, forwards them to us by email, and keeps server logs that include IP addresses. Netlify acts as our processor. Where data goes outside the European Economic Area, Netlify relies on the safeguards described in its data processing terms (such as standard contractual clauses). Our email provider also handles the messages we receive and send.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as it takes to answer you and, if a project follows, for the length of the project. Invoicing records are kept for the period Belgian law requires. If an enquiry does not lead to a project, we delete it within a reasonable time, and sooner if you ask.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you access to your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to you in a portable format. Write to chaim1638@gmail.com. We answer within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données), at dataprotectionauthority.be.

Children

This site is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
