Terms.

Last updated 1 November 2026

These terms cover the use of huecreatives.com and set out how we work with clients. A signed quote, proposal or contract for a specific project comes first if it says something different.

Who we are

Hue Creatives is operated by Chaim Rosenbaum, Belgium. Contact: chaim1638@gmail.com.

Using this website

The site and its content, including the Hue Creatives name, logo, text and design, belong to us. You may view it and share its link. Please do not copy or reuse our content without asking. Logos and project names shown in our work section belong to their owners and appear with their permission.

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will always be error-free or online.

Quotes and projects

Payment

We invoice as agreed in the quote. Unless the quote says otherwise, invoices are payable within 14 days. Late payment can lead to interest and costs as allowed by Belgian law, and we may pause work until the invoice is paid.

Ownership of the work

When the final invoice for a project is paid, you receive the rights to use the final delivered work for the purpose we agreed. Until then the work stays ours. We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you tell us in writing that we may not. Third-party material (for example fonts, stock images or software) stays under its own licence, and we will tell you when it applies.

AI-generated material

Some of our imagery and video is made with AI tools and directed by us. We tell you when AI is used on your project. Ownership and protection of AI-generated material can be limited by law, so we cannot promise exclusive rights over every AI-generated element.

Cancelling

You can stop a project at any time. You pay for the work done up to that point and any costs already committed. Deposits are not refundable once work has begun, to the extent that is allowed by law.

Liability

We do our work with care. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or lost sales. Our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid us for it, except where the law does not allow that limit (for example for intent or gross negligence).

Consumers

If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under mandatory Belgian or EU consumer law.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained on our privacy page.

Law and disputes

Belgian law applies. We will first try to settle any dispute by talking. If that does not work, the courts of Belgium are competent, unless mandatory law gives you the right to go to another court.
